What really sets us apart from other used golf cart dealers is our remanufacturing process.  Where other dealers may refurbish a golf cart, we take the extra steps that make us a re-manufacturer of golf carts which is a whole new level when you are in the market to buy a used golf cart.  Our extensive golf cart re-manufacturing process involves:

• Cart is stripped down to the frame, rear differential and front suspension.
• Chassis is inspected to ensure it is not damaged nor has defects.
• Chassis is pressure and acid washed to return the aluminum back to new appearance. This provides a clean platform to begin the rebuilding process.
• Rear differential is inspected and rear bushings and brake shoes replaced.
• Front suspension parts replaced including:
  • Bushings
  • Tie rod ends
  • King pin bushings
  • All wheel bearings
• Motor and all electrical components are removed and inspected. Any needed repairs to ensure safe operation are performed.
• Cart is connected to a computer to confirm all components are installed and operating properly.
• Remanufactured cart is test driven and given a full inspection to ensure our quality standards.
• All remanufactured carts are given a three year, unlimited, bumper to bumper warranty.

Final Assembly includes the following NEW parts:

• All lighting front and rear
• Bumper
• Custom full dash with: LED voltage meter, headlight switch and uncommon key switch
• DOT approved tires and wheels with (your choice of wheel covers)
